Our Customer Service Representatives are the front line to our customers providing information in response to inquiries about provided services and work to handle and resolve complaints with the guest and vendors we service.

Dialysis Technician

Our Dialysis Technicians function as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. Dialysis Technicians are responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. Bridge Dialysis, a Quorum Services entity, is continuously searching for dedicated, compassionate clinical staff to add to our team. As a member of the hemodialysis team, you will support our commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist clinical staff and other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate – Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.
- Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their well-being since their last treatment. Report any complaints or observations to the nurse supervisor.
- Provide dignified clinical care to guest and patients while providing great customer service.
- Evaluate vascular access for patency and report any unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
- Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight. Report unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
- Perform vascular access evaluation pre-treatment and report unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
- Perform vascular access cannulation and report any difficulties in cannulation or unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
- Perform administration of Heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.
- Initiate dialysis treatment and all clinical duties according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD).
- Evaluate intradialytic problems and provide intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
- Monitor patients’ response to dialysis therapy and report any unusual findings to nurse supervisor.
- Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment including completion of Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and, if applicable, progress notes
- Maintain environmental integrity and aesthetics – ensure all areas are safe and clean. Follow all infection control guidelines including Ensure that all blood spills are immediately cleaned with appropriate disinfectant according to facility policy.
- Conduct all tasks necessary for preparation for dialysis treatment and document where appropriate.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification or High School diploma or G.E.D. and meet certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.

A Dispatcher works closely with Transportation Technicians (drivers) and vehicles for conveyance of passengers to and from their scheduled medical appointments. Duties include utilizing TraumaSoft dispatching software or other software, or telephone to transmit assignments and communicate with driver operations personnel. The dispatcher works to provide excellent customer service to Transportation Technicians to ensure optimal communication, safe and successful transportation of our drivers, guest and patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
- Route Transport Technicians to various destinations throughout the day.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories.
- Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from drivers, supervisors, or clients, using telephones or dispatch software.

- Help mentor and train new dispatchers.

Our emergency medical technicians, or EMT, is a first responder who is trained in basic medical knowledge and skills to provide immediate medical care to patients in an emergency. They are often the first emergency service providers to arrive on the scene of a crisis, such as an accident, medical emergency, fire or natural disaster. Our EMTs also Assess injuries, administer emergency medical care, and extricate trapped individuals. Transport injured or sick persons to medical facilities. Responsibilities

Quorum Services is seeking Radiologic Technologist for our CA, CO and AZ locations! The mobile Radiologic Technologist position performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.

Responsibilities
- Performs radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines. Uses
- independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures.
- Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed as well as risk factors and prevention. Demonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions, fosters teamwork, efficient use of resources and quality patient outcomes

- This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.

Transportation Technician AZ, ID, UT, TX

A Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Technician (NEMT) is an essential role that ensures eligible patients can get to and from their medical appointments, the pharmacy, urgent care, or the hospital. It is an important benefit for people who need assistance getting to and from medical appointments, we seek experienced drivers who value working independently while providing top of the line customer service.
Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Technician (NEMT) are trained in basic medical transportation knowledge and skills to provide safe transports and care to patients and to provide non-emergency medically related transportation to persons that are too sick, injured, or convalescent to provide driving transportation for themselves. Leadership
- Assist in the operational training of other drivers.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive a passenger vehicle, wheelchair accessible van, or stretcher van, used for transporting sick, injured, or convalescent persons.
- Report facts concerning accidents or emergencies to immediate supervisor or law enforcement officials.
- Place clients into wheelchairs or stretchers and secure them for transportation, alone or sometimes with assistance from others
- Place clients that are already on stretchers or in wheelchairs into van.
- Accompany and assist emergency medical technicians on calls.
- Clean interior and exterior of vehicles or vehicle components as needed.
- Help maintain vehicle and maintenance record.
- Refuel the vehicle.
- Communicate with client regarding any transportation concerns and/or comfort level.
- Use personal cell to communicate with manager/dispatch and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Notify others of emergencies, problems, or hazards.
- Wear and/or use safety equipment (e.g. gloves, mechanical lifts, etc.) when moving or lifting clients.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a clean MVR and always possess a valid State driver’s license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
Physical and Sensory Requirements (With or Without the Aid of Mechanical Devices)
- Must be able to bend at the waist, stoop, squat, kneel or crouch for several minutes at a time while securing clients or inspecting a vehicle.
- Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people.
- Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds.
- Must be able to support and/or push/pull up to 250 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Frequent pushing and pulling of wheelchairs and or stretchers transporting clients.
- Must be able to drive/operate a motor vehicle safely while following all traffic laws.
- Must be able to speak and write the English language fluently.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure that the requirements of this position can be fully met.
- Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with clients, personnel, and support agencies.

Quorum Services is seeking Ultrasound Technologist for our CA, CO and AZ locations! The mobile Ultrasound Technologist provides a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures examinations
ranging from vascular, abdomen and small body parts to intra-cavity and color doppler procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population. Come join an exciting team where you are rewarded with flexibility and the independence you desire.
Responsibilities
- Performs radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines. Uses
- independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures.
- Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed as well as risk factors and prevention. Demonstrates professional behavior/conduct in all interactions, fosters teamwork, efficient use of resources and quality patient outcomes
- Produces high quality images and prepares/presents them with other pertinent patient information for timely interpretation. Prepares and maintains accurate documentation.
- Demonstrates competence in performing prescribed procedures if applicable in accordance with established policies.
- Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements. Demonstrates the ability to
- trouble shoot and notifies appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance. Maintains a safe environment for patients and personnel. Adheres to safety policies.
- Accountable for the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to radiology practice. This includes maintaining confidentiality of all work information.
- Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department by performing other duties as
- Monitors and maintains an adequate inventory of supplies and material to ensure non-interruption of services.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program.
- Demonstrate current competency and skills by documentation of BS, AS degree, or certification in cardiovascular ultrasound (either through ARDMS or CCI).
- A minimum of one (1) or more years’ experience, preferably with an emphasis in Cardiovascular
- Ultrasound in a hospital, private practice, or mobile setting.
- To ensure insurance coverage, this position requires successfully meeting requirements of a MVR review
